Solid Rock Steel: Gala 2022 Silver Partner

Solid Rock Steel Fabricating is a local company in the Steel Construction industry, and their main forté is to supply, fabricate & install custom architectural structural steel in the Greater Vancouver area. They have also shipped fabricated metal work all over the world and have a mission to bring their expertise and quality workmanship to each custom project for their clients.

As a business, Solid Rock Steel has been up and running since 1965, having what they describe as a humble beginning on Union St in East Vancouver. Their vision is to positively impact their community, forging the future in Steel. Solid Rock Steel has been supporting the community through Mission Possible’s annual Gala since the very first one was held, some 14 years ago! Most recently, they were a Silver Partner at our 2022 Gala. Their motivation to participate in MP’s Gala year after year stems from our shared values and belief that work is a meaningful and important part of a person's wellbeing.

Solid Rock Steel’s President and Sales Manager, Peter Steunenberg, is also an avid supporter of Mission Possible’s efforts. He shares, “I love MP's emphasis on helping people to get back into the workforce.” Peter also says that in the many years of working together, the most memorable part of partnering with Mission Possible has been seeing and hearing about the positive transformation that MP’s initiatives have in people's lives.

Peter shares, “Giving back to the community is just the right thing to do.” Thanks to Peter and Solid Rock Steel, Mission Possible will also be able to continue to give back to our community and make lasting change.
