FortisBC: Gala 2025 Silver Partner

FortisBC is a Canadian-owned, B.C.-based company with more than 2,700 employees across the province, serving nearly 1.3 million customers across the province. They proudly deliver natural gas, electricity and propane and continue to acquire renewable and lower carbon energy, including natural gas designated as Renewable Natural Gas (RNG). 

In the Fall of 2025, FortisBC partnered with Mission Possible to support the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) project. Together, team members from both organizations worked to safely complete the exchange of gas meters across Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside. As part of the project, FortisBC engaged Mission Possible staff to provide power washing and litter pickup ahead of the meter exchanges. 

“Their clean‑up efforts created a safe and prepared environment for FortisBC technicians to carry out the work efficiently. FortisBC team members were proud to support Mission Possible by providing meaningful employment opportunities through this collaboration. Building on previous joint efforts, both teams once again demonstrated how working together can deliver safe, effective, and community‑focused results” FortisBC shares. 

In November 2025, we were so grateful to welcome FortisBC as a Silver Partner at our 17th Annual Mission Possible Gala, building on their many years of support at previous Galas and MP Community Clean Up Day. We look forward to continuing this partnership and carrying this momentum forward!
