Employment Readiness Program Associate Graduation

“They help save lives down here.” 
That’s what Pamela, one of our recent graduates, shared at our March celebration—and it stuck with us.

Every two months, Mission Possible hosts a graduation lunch and ceremony in celebration of the associates who completed their six-month journey through the Employment Readiness Program!

This celebration honours the transformation our associates undergo. It is a chance for staff, supporters, friends and family, and fellow associates to come together to recognize the hard work and dedication that our graduates have demonstrated throughout their time with us.

During our March graduation, some of our associates shared some of their journey and what this experience meant to them. 

 

“They don't only speak about their core values, but I think they put them into actions. Those values that we see are empowering, compassionate, humble and supportive. I think I've seen them in action with everyone that I met in Mission Possible.”

We are so proud of all the amazing work our associates put in everyday not just on their routes, but also on themselves. We are honoured to play a part in their journey!
