Anastasia Bogomolova

Deputy Director

Anastasia Bogomolova is the Deputy Director for Mission Possible. For the past 12 years, Ana has been a leader within operation management for a variety of manufacturing processes such as meat, pastries, plant-based cheese, and alternative meat.

Through her experience, Ana has managed budgets of $75M+ COGS, achieved significant cost reductions, and unlocked $30M+ dollars in capacity on current assets. Ana excels in the coordination of developing cross functional teams within a large business to foster effective communication.

One of her most recent accomplishments is transitioning a company from a 40,000 sq ft facility to a 400,000 sq ft facility and increasing production by 10x. In her most recent role, as Director of Operations, Ana was part of a startup where she contributed to product development, food safety, and worked with co-packers on purchasing and outsourcing production goods.

Ana is a strong leader with a continuous improvement mindset who focuses on strategic planning, execution, safety, and a high standard of work.
