ABOUT THE JOB
Position type: Part Time / Full Time, Permanent – 20-40 hrs per week
Start Date: Upon hiring of suitable candidate.
Compensation: $21.81 per hour

Reports To: Clean Team Manager
Duties:
- Able to lead a crew providing site clean up to properties in the Strathcona area
- Engage positively as a member of a team
- Take an active part in team L10s and monthly all staff meetings
- Provide feedback to Clean Team Senior Supervisor about jobsite and associate progress
- Provide excellent quality cleaning services to customers
- Check-in with customers when necessary
- Ensure safety, job quality and customer satisfaction
- Maintain an accurate log of metrics and updates to work-order details
- Other duties as assigned by MPM Clean Team Senior Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Models Mission Possible’s core values
- Excellent attendance record
- Is able to lead a team in the absence of the MPM Clean Team Supervisor
- Able to work efficiently and deliver high quality work
- Understands site clean up practices and safe operating procedures
- Show competence when interacting with people in public settings
Requirements:
- Willing to complete a Background Check
- Be available to work weekdays with occasional evening and weekend shifts
