Lucent Quay is a Vancouver-based consulting firm who seeks to add value to their clients’ businesses with Consultation & Engagement, Marketing & Communications, and Corporate Planning & Development services. Lucent Quay employs an artful and scientific approach to provide unique solutions for their clients. Pam Ryan, Lucent Quay’s president, has more than 30 years of experience and interest in building long-lasting public infrastructure.
True to her nature, Pam has been supporting Mission Possible for more than a decade and has included her Lucent Quay team in doing so. She immediately became a donor upon hearing about MP because she believes in MP’s supportive and affirming approach. Lucent Quay has also supported MP over this time, and most recently was a Silver Partner at the 2022 Mission Possible Gala. Pam has also been an MP board member for three years and is the current Chair.
Pam shares, “I [am] inspired by the positive, long-lasting, and multi-faceted impact that MP’s work creates for so many people, including the benefits to the entire community of Vancouver,” and wants to remind others that, “people in the MP program are our neighbours – we’re all part of the same community.”
Believing that it is important to support our own communities to create the lasting change we want to see in the world, Pam says “everyone in Vancouver would benefit if MP had more supporters to expand the life changing work it does.” She is inspired by the success stories of MP’s program associates, and encourages everyone to explore how they can support MP by becoming a donor, using one of MP’s social enterprise services, hiring a program graduate, and telling others about MP.
