Jackson emphasizes, "Just like Mission Possible, we want to empower people, lead with compassion, and provide a supportive network through our Charitable Partnerships Program to continue giving back to our community." DP World recognizes the importance of providing long-term and consistent support, as it helps organizations like MP improve and expand their programs.
In addition to their generous sponsorship and grants, DP World also regularly hires MP Maintenance crews for their commercial cleaning needs, which creates more opportunities for transitional work. When asked what stands out to DP World about MP, Jackson shared, "Here at DP World, we love how action-oriented the organization is. When homelessness, poverty, and other obstacles to employment can feel extremely challenging, the [Employment Readiness Program] is there to step in and support with work experience, training, and education to move people towards stable employment.
