VANCOUVER, BC (September 24, 2015) — Railtown Catering is removing the hassle from the harvest holiday by introducing Thanksgiving To-Go, a gourmet dinner package available on Oct. 11 and 12 that brings together a cornucopia of ready-made seasonal dishes, while also giving back to those in need.
Already known for their creativity, innovative cuisine and deft touch, Railtown Chefs/Partners Dan Olson and Tyler Day, along with Executive Sous Chef Mathew Koyanagi, have taken their collective talent to the next level by offering a feast sure to impress discerning dinner guests.

“Our Thanksgiving To-Go package is the perfect way to not only allow people to sit back, relax and spend more quality time with loved ones during the holiday long weekend,” says Olson, “but also to give a little something back to those who are less fortunate.”
Ten per cent (10%) of the proceeds from the sale of each Thanksgiving To-Go package will be used to serve meals to Railtown Catering’s neighbour, Mission Possible, a non-profit organization that provides street-level care for those with immediate and critical needs in the Downtown Eastside.
Suitable for eight to 10 adults, the Thanksgiving To-Go package is priced at $259 plus tax. It may be ordered ready-to-eat (hot) or ready-to-bake (cold) and is available for pickup at Railtown Cafe on Sun., Oct. 11 and Mon., Oct. 12, or by delivery for an additional charge.
Orders for Railtown Catering’s Thanksgiving To-Go package must be received by Thurs., Oct. 8 at 12 p.m. and may be placed by calling 604-568-8811.
