MP Recycling

MP Recycling partners with the hospitality industry to recycle gently used bar soaps and other usable materials which would otherwise end up in Canadian landfills.  This results in dignified employment for DTES women-at-risk.  MP then distributes desperately needed hygiene products to local shelters as well as children and families facing humanitarian emergencies around the world. 

Hotels can partner with us to recycle a variety usable materials such as: soap, bottled amenities, linens, terries, and beverage containers.

Every year, 3.5 million children under the age of five die of hygiene-related diseases, a major concern that we have been able to address through our partnership with hotels in Vancouver’s Lower Mainland and across Canada. In addition to a paycheque, the women we employ also get the opportunity to help others in need.
